CANCER CENTER

Hand-Drafting & Revit

Utilizing a pre-existing building footprint, I transformed the 23,000 Sq. Ft second floor of a commercial space into a specialized treatment center for Multiple Myeloma Cancer Patients. Focusing on multiple myeloma research allowed me to develop a strong concept that improved the way patients and their loved ones experienced their stay. Utilizing elements of nature, and implementing a holistic approach to healing drove my design to completion.

After initially hand-drafting the Caner Center's floor plan and lighting plan, I utilized Revit to bring it to life. Still referencing the original plans, I made slight changes along the way to fit the aesthetic of the center. The completed set of construction drawings include a floor and furniture plan, reflected ceiling plan, electrical plan, safety and egress plan as well as FF&E specs and lastly, renderings, as shown below.
